COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
LAMP, INCANDESCENT (3-WAY)
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description.
This description covers 3-way incandescent lamps for 120 volt, 60 Hz current.
Salient characteristics:
A-21 Bulb
Three contact medium screw Edison base.
Maximum overall length 5-1/4 inches.
Dimensional characteristics shall be in accordance with ANSI C78.100.
Lamp characteristics shall be in accordance with Table 1.
The lamp finish shall be soft white.

Workmanship. The lamp shall have no defect that affects serviceability or appearance.
The issue of C78.100 in effect on the date of the solicitation shall be used to determine compliance with this requirement.
Regulatory requirements. The manufacturer shall utilize recovered materials to the maximum extent practicable.
Packaging, packing, and marking. Packaging, packing, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or order.
