COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
LAMP, INCANDESCENT (Elliptical Reflector)
The General Services Administration has authorized the
use of this commercial item description.
This description covers elliptical reflector lamps for general lighting.
Salient characteristics.
The lamps shall have the characteristics that are listed in Table I.
The bulb shall be inside frosted.

* Initial lumen ratings are based upon 100 hour photometry reading at rated lamp watts.
The lamps shall be in accordance with ANSI C78.100.
The issue of ANSI C78.100 in effect on the date of solicitation shall be used to determine compliance with these requirements.
Regulatory requirements. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Public Law 94-580 to the maximum extent practical.
Preservation, packaging, packing, labeling, and marking. The preservation, packaging, packing, labeling, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or order.
