The General Services Administration has authorized the
use of this commercial item description.
This description covers mercury vapor lamps of 250 watts.
Salient characteristics.
The base shall be made of brass.
Burning position – Any.
Use on mercury ballasts, ANSI H05 or H37.
Maximum Overall Length - *-1/4 inches
Rated Average life – 24,000 Hours
The lamps shall have the characteristics listed in Table I.
